Design and Development
The NDS is coded from the ground up, without the use of any design framework or starter theme. Bootstrap has been used to help with some of the heavy lifting, such as javascript, but the design development is original.
Typography
Just one font, Atkinson Hyeperlegible has been used throughout the site, bold for headings and normal for everything else.
Photograpy
All the phony-ograpy has been created by Midjourney AI using relative and contextual prompts.
Graphics
Any SVG icon or graphic decoration has been made using Adobe Illustrator.
Colours
ColorKit is used to help find the right combination of colours, ColorHexa is used to tweak and refine each colour and Colour Contrast Checker to validate contrast ratios.
Development
Much loved, but now retired Atom used to code, Codekit to compile and prefix, and MAMP to host locally.
